Simplified Samples
A simplified sample is a printed sample of the product, it is a good choice if you want to visualize the printed result directly on the packaging, the same size as the actual product.
Simplified Sample Includes the following:
1.Custom size
2.Custom material
3.Custom print in CMYK
What's not included:
1. Pantone or white ink
2. Paper finish (eg matte, glossy)
3.Special process treatment (such as bronzing, embossing)
Note: Simplified Samples are made with sampling machines, so the print quality isn’t as crisp/sharp compared with the outcome from actual print facilities used in production. In addition, these samples might be harder to fold and you may see some small creases/tears in the paper.
Deliverables
For each Simplified Sample, you will receive:
✅ 1 dieline* of the Simplified Sample
✅ 1 Simplified Sample delivered to your doorstep
*Note: dielines for inserts are only provided as part of our structural design service.
Process & Timeline
Generally, Simplified Samples take 6-8 days to complete and 7-10 days to ship.
1. Specify requirements
Choose the packaging type and define the specs (e.g. size, material).
2. Place order
Place your sample order and make payment in full.
3. Create dieline (2-3 days)
We’ll create the dieline for you to add your artwork to.
4. Send artwork
Add your artwork to the dieline and send it back to us for approval.
5. Create sample (4-5 days)
The sample will be printed based on the artwork file you’ve sent over.
6. Ship sample (7-10 days)
We’ll send photos and mail the physical sample to your specified address.

Magnetic Rigid Boxes, Rigid Boxes, Cardboard Tubes $ 89
*Note: Simplified Samples of custom box inserts are available if you provide us with a dieline of the insert. If you don’t have a dieline for your insert, we can provide this as part of our structural design service.
Reimbursement Policy
If your production order amount reaches $20000, the sample order fee will be deducted from the production order payment.
