Please note that once your shipment has reached the port, your shipment will need to go through customs clearance. Once cleared, it will then be inbounded to the appropriate warehouse for last mile delivery (i.e. from the warehouse to your address). For air and ocean freight shipments, the tracking URL that we provide will typically only track the last mile shipment, which is why you may not see any updates in the tracking URL until your shipment has arrived in the warehouse.
